Simple Rates

• In-Person Multimedia Lecture:

  •  $150 flat fee for each 60–90-minute session (Includes illustrated slides and on-site setup)

  •   $200 flat fee for 120-minute sessions (Includes illustrated slides and on-site setup)

• Virtual (Zoom):  $100 per hour

Payment:

Cash, check, ACH, or Zelle accepted. Payment due within 30 days of the lecture.

How Booking Works

       Submit a request to randa@sarasota-academy.com with

• Organization/Community name

• Contact name, email, phone

• Three preferred date/time options

• Address and location of in-person class

• Preferred length (60, 90, or 120 minutes)

• Expected attendance number

• AV availability (screen/projector, Wi-Fi, microphone, see below)

• Accessibility notes (if special needs required)

          Receive confirmation by email, with an invoice

          On the day, I will arrive 30 minutes early for setup and tech check

Policies

• Rescheduling: 72-hour notice required

• Travel: No fee within 30 miles of Sarasota–Venice; modest mileage beyond

• Accessibility: Visual/hearing needs accommodated (large-type slides, pacing, captions on Zoom)

AV & Room Checklist

• Large screen or projector (HDMI or USB connection)

• Computer with Reliable Wi-Fi for slide show (I can login to Google Slides via onsite computer, or bring a thumb drive with PowerPoint Slide Show). If you need me to bring my laptop, that can be arranged.

• Microphone provided for rooms of 40+ attendees

• Seating with clear sightlines; dimmable lights preferred
